The biochemistry platform provides the protocols and equipment essential for protein biochemistry:
- production of recombinant proteins for functional and structural analysis
- protein purification
- isolation and identification of functional protein complexes
- study of post-translational modifications and their impact
- marker-validated sub-cellular fractionation
- biomolecular interaction studies.
