Technological platform

Description

The High Throughput Sequencing platform was created in January 2010 and is available to all academic and industrial users. It handles the entire service, from preparation of the libraries and sequencing to data analysis, and carries out a wide variety of genomic projects using Illumina technology. Using its new GridION sequencer, it has been heavily involved in Nanopore technology for the sequencing of single molecules of DNA and RNA for the past two years. It is a member of the Paris-Saclay Genomics Platforms Network (GENOPS) and has recently acquired a 10x Genomics Chromium for single-cell transcriptome analysis.
