Technological platform

The @BRIDGe (Animal Biological Resources for Integrated and Digital Genomics) platform's range of services and equipment integrates the conservation of biological samples and their analysis at the molecular, cellular or tissue level. The fields of activity are structural and functional genomics, microgenomics (genomic analysis at the cellular level) and morphological analysis. The Biological Resource Centre provides secure sample management, characterisation and distribution, as well as experimental procedures and data analysis tools. The biobank and some of the genomics equipment are part of the CRB-Anim national infrastructure supported by the 'Investissements d'Avenir' programme from 2012 to 2019. @BRIDGe has a partnership with the company Excilone which gives it access to the latest technologies in the field of microgenomics (instruments, genomic analysis of FFPE tissues, exosomes, etc.). The @BRIDGe platform is certified ISO 9001:2015 and NFS 96 900 for its biobanking part. The biobank has been labelled ISC (Collective Scientific Infrastructure) by INRA in 2018.
