Technological platform

Description

Gustave Roussy's bioinformatics platform was created in January 2012 to meet the needs of its research teams. It offers various services, ranging from genomic data analysis to setting up bioinformatics projects.

The platform's mission is also to support the Institute's development strategy in conjunction with existing departments (Biostatistics and Epidemiology Department, Integrated Biology Platform) and with the bioinformaticians working in Gustave Roussy's research teams. It is also developing at the national level, by being part of the RéNaBi network, via the APLIBIO platform, and through partnerships with the Université of Paris-Sud.
