Technological platform


Technical platform dedicated to the cereal industry. It includes a baking workshop, a laboratory where it is possible to make cereal products (bread, biscuits, pasta, etc.) with equipment similar to that used in the profession. The aim is to visualise, explain and understand the biological and biochemical mechanisms involved in the transformations. A sensory evaluation laboratory enables the products to be characterised throughout their manufacture.
