MTS / SMArt-MS

This platform is located in the Department of Pharmacology and Immunoanalysis (SPI) and has 5 liquid chromatography instruments coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). SMArt-MS has access to the high-resolution instruments of the MetaboHub platform if necessary. Our missions are : The development and validation of methods for quantitative bioanalysis by LC-MS/MS of small molecules and therapeutic antibodies in biological fluids and their use for pilot metabolism and pharmacokinetic studies (early ADME-DMPK). SMArt-MS carries out these activities for the Laboratoire d'Etude du Métabolisme des Médicaments (LEMM), other CEA laboratories, the LabEx LERMIT and external academic and industrial partners.
