MTS / Plateforme de chimie combinatoire et criblage à haut débit (CCCHD)

This unique platform, located in the Bioorganic Chemistry and Labelling Department (SCBM / JOLIOT), combines the equipment and expertise required for high-throughput biological screening and the preparation of targeted chemical libraries. It also ensures the optimisation of the most promising active compounds ("touches" or " hits ").

It is now an integral part of C@PS, a platform that brings together all the screening activities on the Saclay plateau under a single banner, which was awarded the IBISA label in late 2018.)

C@PS combines the skills of i) the CIBI platform (ICSN, CNRS, Gif-sur-Yvette) for cytotoxicity measurements, protein/ligand interaction screening and in ovo screening, ii) the CIBLOT platform (Faculty of Pharmacy, Université Paris sud, Châtenay-Malabry) for protein/ligand interaction measurements by alpha-screen technology and the quantification of cellular parameters, iii) the CTPF platform (ICSN, CNRS, Gif-sur-Yvette) for protein/ligand interaction measurements by thermal shift assay and transcriptome analyses by quantitative PCR and iv) the CCCHD platform (Joliot, CEA, Saclay). The latter combines the equipment required for high-throughput biological screening and the preparation of targeted chemical libraries. It also ensures the optimisation of the most promising active compounds ("touches" or "hits").
