Technological platform

Description

The CICLAD cleanroom is dedicated to the construction and testing of large volume detectors in a clean environment. It has a main space of 112 m2, with ISO5 class areas, a 16 m2 material SAS allowing the introduction of large parts and a "washing station" SAS allowing the automatic spraying of parts with de-ionised water under pressure. It is equipped with 2 large precision marbles instrumented with a 3D optical control system.
