ICSN / Plateforme HPLC-MS-SFC

The Institute of Chemistry of Natural Substances (ICSN) has a common service for the analysis and purification of organic, bio-organic and other small molecules. The service carries out all the analyses that can be carried out in : 1) Mass spectrometry: Unit mass or exact HRMS measurements (ESI, APCI*, APPI*, MALDI*), 2) Chromatography (HPLC, UHPLC), UV(PDA) detection, DEDL, FLUO, 3) Chiral phase chromatography in HPLC or SFC, 4) Chromatography with supercritical fluid (SFC) analytical and semi-preparative, 5) LC/MS coupling, 6) LC/MS/MS coupling with SIR or MRM determination, 7) Purification.

This platform, at the service of the Institute's researchers, also offers services or collaborations to academic or industrial laboratories. (See manager). The variety of equipment enables us to meet very broad analysis requirements (natural products, synthetic products, analysis of molecules in biological media, assays, stability studies, enantiomeric excess measurements). Qualified personnel dedicated to this platform perform the services with or without the participation of the applicant. It is also possible to use the equipment oneself with the help of the engineers on site.
