ICSN / Plateforme de PCR quantitative haut débit (qPCR)

Technological platform

Description

The "QPCR-ICSN" high throughput quantitative PCR platform offers low and high throughput transcriptome studies for biological and medical research. The main applications are the sensitive and precise quantification of gene expression levels, the analysis of mutations and variants or the search for markers. These applications concern many fields of investigation: pathologies, cancers and chemoresistance, detection of viruses, pathogenic bacteria, OGMs, etc. To meet the needs of laboratories, the platform offers different technologies (SyBr Green and TaqMan) and formats adapted to low (96, 384 reactions/run) and high throughputs (micro and nano-fluidic 12,000 reactions/run). The platform provides partial or complete project management: conception, probe design, sample preparation, quality control, standardisation and data processing. The platform is located on the CNRS campus in Gif-sur-Yvette and has the latest generation of equipment. It offers academics and industrialists services or collaboration on research project.
