IBVB / Plateau d'Imagerie Cellulaire et Tissulaire - Bicêtre (UMS 44)

The Bicêtre Cellular and Tissue Imaging technical platform is located on the Bicêtre Hospital site and is based on the principle of pooling technical and human resources in the context of biomedical research. The aim of this imaging centre is to provide our scientific community with sophisticated equipment, advice and assistance in microscopy and cellular and molecular imaging.
The equipment was mainly acquired thanks to INSERM, the SDV department of the University of Paris-Saclay and the APHP.
Our objective is to ensure that the Institute's researchers have access to modern photonic microscopy techniques as well as histological preparation, visualisation and molecular quantification techniques (automated multiparametric microscopy). This component of the UMS 44 is located on the 3rd floor of the Pincus Building and on the 4th floor of the Paris Sud Faculty of Medicine.
This imaging centre belongs to the new Service Unit 44 (Inserm - UPSaclay cotutelle) which groups together the technological resources of the Paul Brousse and Bicêtre hospital sites.
