Technological platform

Description

The different imaging systems of the platform allow multi-scale approaches ranging from tissue (macroscopy), cellular (confocal microscopy) to the subcellular level (super-resolved microscopy). The platform is housed within the Institute of Integrative Cell Biology (I2BC), which gives it a strong expertise in the study of different biological cell models: animal cells, plant cells, seedlings, bacteria, yeast In order to enable users to make the best use of the data obtained on the microscopes, they are also supported in image processing and analysis. Powerful computing stations equipped with dedicated software are made available to them. The Imagerie-Gif platform can accommodate projects from the private sector as it is certified according to the ISO 9001:2015/NFX 50-900:2016 standards.
