GENOPOLE / Plate-forme Next Generation Sequencing et Analyses génomiques

Technological platform

Description

The NGS and genomic analysis platform offers academic research teams high-throughput genome and/or transcriptome sequencing services as well as scientific and technical support by proposing sequencing strategies best suited to the projects. At the end of the sequencing, the raw data are analysed according to the applications and then transferred to the project manager. In addition to the service activity, the platform conducts R&D programmes such as the development of new sequencing techniques and the implementation of bioinformatics tools (databases / NGS analysis pipelines).
