Technological platform
The EvryRNA platform is a software platform providing the scientific community with various software packages dedicated to non-coding RNAs for the prediction of their 2D and 3D structures, the prediction of RNA complex structures, the prediction and classification of non-coding RNAs, the identification and large-scale prediction in genomic sequences of non-coding RNAs, in particular small RNAs: microRNAs, piRNAs, etc. All the software available on the EvryRNA platform has been the subject of peer-reviewed scientific publications.
