Description

The mass spectrometry platform offers the expertise necessary to develop mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analytical methods dedicated to biological macromolecules and synthetic polymers. Proteomic and glycomic analyses are routinely performed as well as small molecule analyses and assays. The platform's areas of activity mainly concern the characterisation of immunopurified protein complexes and the identification of interaction partners, as well as the study of non-covalent interactions (protein-protein, polysaccharide-protein, DNA-ligand, protein-peptide, biomolecule-metal cations).
