The CYMAGES imaging and cytometry platform, created in September 2012 with the support of the Ile-de-France Region, the Yvelines General Council, and the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Agglomeration Community, aims to offer the academic and industrial scientific community state-of-the-art imaging and cytometry equipment, as well as advice and assistance.
The CYMAGES platform offers a technology park composed of seven state-of-the-art imaging and photonic cytometry equipments:
- Leica SP8X confocal microscope (white laser, resonant scanner)
- Leica SPE confocal microscope (488, 561 and 640nm, 1 PMT detector)
- Olympus FV3000 Confocal Microscope (7 Lasers from 405 to 640nm, Resonant scanner, Cell vivo chamber)
- Olympus ScanR High content screening microscope
- Cyto-imager Amnis Imagestream (4 lasers and analysis station)
- Becton Dickinson Fortessa high throughput cytometer (18 parameters)
- Becton Dickinson Aria III cell sorter (14 parameters)
