AdN - Atelier de Nanofabrication du SPEC

Description

SPEC has progressively equipped itself with a nanofabrication workshop which allows research groups to produce their samples. This CEA facility, labelled a "local centre" in 2004 by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, also benefits from the support of the CNRS, the Ile de France region, the ANR (National Research Agency) and the Triangle de la Physique.
