UMRS 1193 Site Orsay / Plateau technique d'imagerie cellulaire

Technological platform

Description

The cell imaging technical platform is located on the Orsay campus of the Université Paris-Saclay. It is composed of photonic microscopy equipment allowing observation at the tissue (confocal macroscopy) and cellular (confocal microscopy, videomicroscopy, calcium imaging) levels. Its attachment to UMRS 1193 gives it a strong expertise in hepatic physiopathology (regeneration, cholestasis), signalling (calcium, purinergic and bile acid signalling), as well as in the differentiation and organogenesis of biliary epithelial cells.
