Description

The team has developed molecular imaging research using electron microscopy (EM and CryoEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM and High Speed AFM) dedicated to DNA, RNA and protein machineries involved in the 3R (repair, replication, recombination). The structural and dynamic properties of the complexes, the remodelling mechanisms mediated by molecular motors such as helicases, polymerases or chromatid remodelling factors can be studied.
