Description

TEFOR Core Facility (TCF) is the core activity of the TEFOR Paris-Saclay joint service unit. TCF-TPS offers innovative services in genome editing, 3D imaging phenotyping, management and analysis of large volumes of image data. In order to maintain a competitive service offer and to meet the growing needs of the scientific community, TCF-TPS conducts dynamic and multidisciplinary technological research.
The main model species of interest for TCF-TPS is the zebrafish (Danio rerio). The platform also develops protocols adapted to other aquatic model organisms.
