Synchrotron SOLEIL / DISCO-SRCD
Technological platform
DISCO is a light line covering the VUV-visible range, dedicated to biology and chemistry. DISCO is composed of three experimental stations, the one described here (SRCD) concerns circular dichroism (CD) using synchrotron radiation (SR), allowing to go down to 120 nm on films. In solution, it is possible to work with very absorbent buffers. In addition, dispersive CD allows the recording of CD spectra at ms.
