The STEM group is a leading French electron microscopy group, specialized in electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS). Our scientific interests are broad and include different parts of physics and material sciences: nanoparticles, interfaces, nanophotonics ... We are constantly developing instruments and methods in the fields of electron microscopy and spectroscopies.
