Technological platform

Description

The genomics platform, created with the support of the Ile-de-France Region, the Yvelines General Council and the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Agglomeration Community, brings together several pieces of equipment for the study of nucleic acids in a high-throughput biology perspective, whether it be for amplifying them (qPCR equipment), quantifying them (LabChip DS) or analysing them and controlling their quality (LabChip GX). The Janus NGS Express station is specifically designed for the preparation of libraries for high-throughput sequencing.
We will be happy to train you in the use of these instruments and to help you interpret the results of your experiments.
