Plateforme ARN Interférence (PARi)

Technological platform

Description

The PARi platform is a high-throughput RNA interference functional genomics technology platform. Different approaches are used to induce specific, individual, systematic and massively parallel inhibition of gene expression, or the neutralisation and/or overexpression of human microRNAs. These strategies allow the cataloguing of sets of genes or microRNAs playing a role in a biological function or metabolic pathway of interest.
