Plateau de cytologie - microscopie (UMR BIOGER)
Technological platform

The BIOGER cytology platform provides scientists with expertise in the field of plant-fungus interactions. You will find support on the experimental implementation as well as on the use of the equipment made available after training. The techniques covered range from sample preparation to confocal microscopy, including sectioning, embedding and full field microscopy. We develop BiFC techniques, labelling of cellular compartments, localisation of labelled molecules, measurement of germination rates, etc. on plant and fungal material.
