MIGALE Bioinformatics facility

Migale aims to provide services to the life sciences community through four levels of service: i) Provision of a computing infrastructure dedicated to the processing of life sciences data. This infrastructure includes a computing cluster, storage facilities, access to public and private data and bioinformatics tools, ii) Dissemination of know-how in informatics, bioinformatics and biostatistics through training, tutorials, assistance and advice to users, iii) Design and development of various applications such as tools, user-friendly web interfaces and databases and iv) Analysis of genomic and metagenomic data.
