Description

The nuclear microprobe is a non-destructive analysis tool for the elemental characterisation of solid samples at the micrometre scale: interfaces and grains of synthetic materials, cellular monolayers, soil samples, inclusions in geological samples, etc.
This tool is particularly well suited to the determination of light elements, among others in the field of new energy technologies.
