Metrologie (Metrology and Test beamline)

Metrology is one of the light lines of the SOLEIL synchrotron. It consists of two branches using synchrotron radiation in the X-soft and X-hard domains (so-called wavelength metrology), in collaboration with the Laboratoire National d'Essais (LNE) and the CEA-DIF. The light lines allow the characterisation of X-ray optics and X-ray detectors.
