Description

The LPPD platform (IDMIT) has the following missions
- The development and validation of methods for the determination of drugs in biological fluids by LC-MS/MS, in particular in the field of anti-infectives, according to COFRAC standards.
- Carrying out pharmacokinetic analyses in non-clinical protocols and clinical trials by non-compartmental (Phoenix WinNonLin) or compartmental methods and researching the factors of variability of pharmacokinetic parameters.
- Formulation of anti-infective preparations for non-clinical protocols.
The LPPD platform (IDMIT) specialises in mapping the diffusion of antiretrovirals in relation to VIH viral replication; one of the hypotheses of viral persistence being the poor diffusion of antiretrovirals leading to the formation of pharmacological sanctuaries.
