Technological platform

Description

The technical platform is located on two sites: one for the production of eukaryotic multiprotein complexes in insect cells (Structural Biology and Radiobiology Laboratory, CEA Saclay), and the other for the production of radiolabelled proteins (nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen) for NMR applications (Structural Chemistry and Biology Laboratory, ICSN).
This platform is part of the I2BC's Structural Biology Platforms cluster, which includes: i) the Crystallization, NMR, CryoEM, Macromolecular Interaction Measurements platforms, and ii) the technical platforms for Soluble or Membrane Protein Expression in Yeast, Protein Expression in Insect Cells and Structural Bioinformatics.
