Description

EcoSys has an artificial rain simulator that mainly allows the study of rain dispersal diseases on microplots of one square metre (Sébastien Saint-Jean & Laurent Huber). This device is associated with sensors for measuring rain granulometry and can be coupled with pathogen inoculation devices and an infection chamber (Alain Fortineau & Corinne Robert) to carry out a complete disease cycle.
