The CERDI laboratory focuses in its research on intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks, patents, designs and models ...), and more generally on the law of intangibles, with a focus on digital developments and the development of NICTs.
CERDI is one of the reference laboratories in this field with an international influence. It is also one of the founding members of the ISN (Institut Société Numérique) labeled IDEX.
